Angela Booth and her daughter Claire Churchill were so impressed with the high quality of homes at Muse’s Doncaster town centre development, The Gables, when they visited Angela’s son who purchased a two bedroom property in March 2015.
 
Angela, an Assessment Officer was looking to buy a home with her daughter and her grandson, 6 year old Alfie, and they both loved The Residence which launched in June.
 
The mother and daughter duo used the Help to Buy scheme to secure their new home in the much sought after location with just a 5% deposit.
 
“We love that the house and development is so close to the lake which is brilliant for walks and getting out and about.”
 
“Our home is big enough to give us plenty of room to live together whilst also having our own space.”
