Muse Developments | Infinity Riverside

February 2018

Interested buyers flocked to Infinity Riverside this weekend to snap up properties in the third phase of homes at Muse Developments’ popular Northshore scheme in Stockton-onTees.

Five homes were reserved over the launch weekend, with two and three beds proving popular with a range of buyers looking to put down roots in this sought-after riverside location on the banks of the River Tees.
Many buyers were also keen to find out more about the Government-backed Help to Buy equity loan scheme which offers both first time buyers and home-owners the chance to purchase a home with as little as 5 per cent deposit. The popular scheme, which was given an extra £10bn boost by the Government last year, is available on all homes at Infinity Riverside.

The development comprises 82 two, three and four bed luxury homes on the banks of the River Tees and close to the iconic Infinity Bridge, with many of the homes offering stunning south-facing views overlooking the water. The first two-bedroom homes are ready to move into now with further homes available from the spring. Muse unveiled its brand-new show home at the launch, a stylish three-bedroom ‘Tarn’ home. Combining open-plan living with high quality design, this modern three-bedroom home features an airy, open-plan living room and kitchen/diner; internal garage and a downstairs WC. The first-floor includes a spacious master bedroom with sizeable balcony and comes complete with its own en-suite. Down the landing lies two further double bedrooms, a family bathroom and ample storage. The homes at Infinity Riverside all benefit from light, airy, living spaces and high ceilings, and every property comes complete with off-road parking, fitted kitchens, bathrooms and high specification fixtures and fitting throughout.

More than 120 new homes in the first two phases of Northshore have been snapped up by buyers keen to secure a home in this desirable location, which combines a tranquil riverside setting with great amenities within walking distance. The £300m regeneration scheme, which is less than a mile from the town centre; 12 miles from Middlesbrough and 30 miles from Newcastle, is being delivered by developer and urban regeneration specialist, Muse Developments, in partnership with Homes England and Stockton Borough Council. When complete, the 56-acre development will provide a mix of family housing, offices, a new Hampton by Hilton hotel and leisure spaces. Commented Hollie Reynolds, residential sales and marketing manager at Muse: “The reaction to the show home over the launch weekend was incredible. Many visitors commented on the thoughtful design and the quality of the craftsmanship. We also had a lot of interest in the Help to Buy scheme, which is a great way of helping those struggling to find a deposit to get their foot on the property ladder.

“We look forward to welcoming the first new residents to join this established neighbourhood over the coming months. I’d encourage interested buyers to book a tour of the show home now and see first-hand our winning mix of modern homes and beautiful riverside location.”
